Dear friends… SPECIAL BULLETIN. We want to keep you in the know about recent changes related to our ability to serve you better.
For the past two weeks we have been seeing patients in our new office (photo and directions below). We love it and our patients love it, too. Even though it is on El Camino Real, it is peaceful and quiet inside. In addition to the new office, we have new contact information (see below) and changes to our services.
We have also simplified our practice (and our lives):
- We are accepting new patients, especially referrals from our current patients.
- We are no longer under the umbrella of Pacific Naturopathic. That is now Dr. Cox’s business, along with the Pacific Naturopathic phone number, email and fax number. If you receive a notice from Pacific Naturopathic, it is not from us.
- Our new practice name is DrsHernandez.com. (The contact numbers are below.)
- No front desk staff, just us. Keeping it simple. We will return calls as soon as we can, usually the same day, except for weekends. Of course, if you have an emergency, the ER or urgent care are the places to go.
- Both of us will be seeing patients only on Mondays and Wednesdays. By appointment only.
- Dr. Connie will still be offering full naturopathic medical care for most conditions as well as personal health optimization protocols. In addition to her other specialties, she offers counseling for people with neurodegenerative disorders, spiritual counseling and vibrational medicine.
- Dr. Marcel will continue to focus on adjunctive cancer care and men’s health. He will still offer IV (intravenous) therapy not only for cancer, but other conditions as well (more on this in a near-future newsletter).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DR. CONNIE’S PATIENTS
WHO HAVE PRESCRIPTIONS THROUGH CONVENTIONAL PHARMACIES
LIKE WALGREEN’S OR CVS:
Because of our move, and because we work with many pharmacies that don’t have a centralized system to change our contact details, your prescription renewal could be delayed. The pharmacy would send a fax to Dr. Cox’s (our old) office asking for a refill authorization. He would then need to send the refill request on to us. Since Dr. Cox is also in office transition, this could take a while.
This is what you can do to facilitate your next prescription renewal.
As we now have a direct fax and phone number, please let your pharmacy know these contact numbers when you ask for a renewal of a prescription.

The best and fastest choice to refill a prescription is to call the pharmacy and simply ask for a refill, remembering to give them our new fax and voice numbers. The second choice would be to email Dr. Connie and include these things in your email:
- Pharmacy name, address, phone and fax number
- Your name, Date of Birth, phone number
- Name of Prescription, Prescription Number, Dosage, Current amount of pills, milliliters or ounces in each prescription, number of refills on last prescription and date on last prescription.
All about our new office…
We are now seeing patients in our new location, 836 W. El Camino Real in Mountain View. It is a small, white, single story former private home a few steps north of Castro Street. It is most likely the last private home on all of El Camino. It has a cozy, warm, non-clinical atmosphere. There is ample parking in back. The driveway to parking is on the right. It is the first driveway after the Castro Street intersection, just after the bus stop. If you miss the driveway, you’ll need to go to the next intersection (Shoreline), make a U-turn, make another U-turn at Castro Street, and try again. After you park, enter through the rear door from the parking lot, up four steps.
